I started as an engineer.
I stayed because of the problems.

I studied Control and Automation Engineering — a discipline obsessed with feedback loops, system stability, and making things work reliably under real conditions. That mindset never left me. When I moved into product management at RD Station in 2016, I brought it with me: define the system, understand the variables, measure what actually matters.

Over 10 years across three very different companies — a MarTech SaaS, Brazil's largest classifieds marketplace, and a fleet telematics scale-up — I've developed a pattern I return to constantly: when the right measurement instrument doesn't exist, build it before doing anything else. Whether that's a precision baseline for an AI model, a step-count proxy for a platform investment, or a two-question survey that separates result satisfaction from effort satisfaction — the measurement design usually determines whether the product decision is guesswork or not.

I'm currently looking for a Senior or Staff PM role where I can operate at the intersection of technical complexity and business impact — ideally in a team that takes craft seriously and moves with intention.
